I tried editing the fr.po file in emacs : po-mode
I tried marking the problematic entries as fuzzy and then tried the 'V'
command on it from the emacs po-mode (invoking the msgfmt command, that is)
but again the fr.po file fails to compile.Gives the foll err in the
compilation window of emacs:

warning: n\o header entry found
found 1 fatal errors

Compilation exited abnormally with code 1 at Fri Nov 17 10:42:24

Is there anyway by which one can keep off this problematic fr.po file and
go ahead with the make process.Because as such due to this the make
process is getting stalled and one is not able to actually see the effect
of the NLS support for lynx in any language, after setting the LANG
variable also.

It would be nice if someone can give some solution to this problem.
