Since you mention gpm I assume that you're working on the
console in which case you're out of luck unless you want to
recompile ncurses (see the output from ./configure --help to
that program). If using Lynx within an xterm it should work
if compiled with ncurses and you have USE_MOUSE:TRUE in your
lynx.cfg or start Lynx with the -use_mouse paramter.
