lynx-dev SLang mouse support

I'm happy to inform that the djgpp port of Lynx+SLang now works
with a mouse. Until SLang maintainer John E. Davis puts this into
the next version, get the update at
 
  http://www.bgnett.no/~giva/misc/sldostty.c
 
and recompile SLang. Lynx needs to be compiled with USE_MOUSE
off-course.
