  IMO mailing list with ads is not so terrific thing. If you agree,
onelist.com and MessageBot.com (former elist.com) can be used. I'm subscribed
to the list hosted on onelist.com - approx 4 lines of ad is appended, but they 
have really fast connection - messages are delivered instantly (at least to
the poster).
