Check the lynx-dev archives for the last few months (start around
August) for threads with "post_data" in the subject.

The short answer: you want to send a file - it should be possible, but
it is not trivial.  You have to learn some things for yourself, since
it all depends on how the receiving end is set up.

If you have specific questios, ask again with more details (starting
with your OS, lynx version, HTML excerpts, what kind of file).  But
please read the archived messages first and try to follow some of the
examples there.
