lynx-dev building lynx on VMS

Hi, 

        I'm attempting to build lynx on VAX/VMS 7.2 and after I type @build and
invoke the compiler, it dumps out with

%CLI-F-TEXT, Compiler abort- virtual memory limits exceeded.
%SYSTEM-F-ABORT, abort

What steps, if any, can I take to correct this problem.
