Seems you are unaware that lynx tries to 'd' or 'p' the document referenced
by currently selected link (that is inaccessible in this case). Press Ctrl-H -
this will pop-up a history, and press 'p' or 'd' since the current document
will be on the histroy stack - this will do what is intended.
