 Pretty sourse mode is supported even if lynx is compiled without color
styles, that's why they were designed in the way they are (ability to control
tags that will be emitted in internal html markup).
 I prefer flexibility to simplicity of configuration (and IMO defaults in
lynx.cfg for these setings are good enough so only people without color
styles support will want to override them).
