Hmm, perhaps you right ;-)
He have done several changes but I have not looked so close as you does.

My idea was to include and index lynxcfg_toc.html into the distribution
with BASE HREF= to lynxcfg.html at Vlad's homepage (assuming it will be fixed
in days before the actual release). IMHO, we still have such possibility
because rel2 expected someday.
