Unfortunately not.  I have not separated them, I could do so but it would
require soem time and thought.  The line between "fix" and "enhancement"
is blurry here.  Even the "fix" for -restrictions has an "enhancement"
aspect: adding several new -restrictions= keywords and userdefs.h defines.
