i had no problem entering the site, despite the  shtml  extension;
the problem link is [17] & told me "Unable to access document";
when i tried  www.simpleweb.com.br  instead of  localhost ,
there was a similar error message.  i used 2-8-2dev.19 .

this looks as if it might be a problem introduced since dev.19 .
