lynx-dev p.s. po/makefile bug regarding MKINSTALLDIRS still exists

The MKINSTALLDIRS definition in po/makefile is still expanding as
$(top_srcdir)/@MKINSTALLDIRS@ which is wrong - at least for my configuration.
It should just be @address@hidden
