lynx-dev lynx 2.8.1dev.10 note on cookies

Well, that was interesting.  For the first time since cookies were added,
when I went to mail.yahoo.com it didn't know who I was.  I reentered
my information, it took it just fine, and appears to be remembering it
now okay.

Was that an expected side effect of the new cookie code?
