lynx-dev thanks are in order

Hi, All, 
Thanks to Brian Pardy to the cookie fix, which somehow seems to solve 
both the blank-screen-when-reaccessing problem with tvgen, and 
the redirection-limit-exceeded tvgen problem which I pointed out a month 
or so ago. 
And, of course, thanks to Laura Eaves, for helping articulate and 
analyze the problem better than I could, and for being so responsive. 
If I left anybdy out who contributed to the solution, it was
unintentional. 
It now seems to work as it should with the tvgen site.
