Rob,

Does your "limited stylesheet capability" include anything on
paragraph styles that would kill the indents?

Rick,

How familiar are you with sed and pipes?  It seems to me
that you could be set up with a kluge where you print the
page to a pager to read it through a filter that kills
the initial whitespace.  Of course, that is no longer 
interactive.

Anybody,

Would running under screen allow you to put a filter in
the display path so as to have filtered display but full
interaction through the keyboard?
