lynx-dev compile time settings

I built dev.24 on sol.slcc.edu and found the compile time settings
pointing at /usr/local/lib/lynx_help/lynx_site.txt, a directory I don't
have write permissions on. Wouldn't it be more useful to display the
internal compile time options of *this* binary, rather than a file that
someone may or may not have installed?
