I remember, I ask Klaus the same,
he say "assume charset if unknown == assume_charset".
From the other side, the meaning of -assume_unrec_charset
is not clear enough for me: if it is not defined it happend to fall back
to current -assume_charset value which is a user-defined.
There was a discussion on ^A just after Klaus disappear:
people said this is a hack and should not be documented
(in fact, ^A works only in 'advanced' Lynx mode).
