lynx-dev lynx problems (2.7.1)

I have discovered the following problems in Lynx:

If I switch from parsed to raw form, lynx reloads the data from the 
net. That's really bad if you have no proxy.

If you have defined an editor that does not exist, you can't enter 
any text when sending a comment ('c' command). Maybe Lynx should 
revert to its internal editor then.
