Try one of the public-access Lynxes, and decide for yourself. You may
try telnet://ibr1.irm.nara.kindai.ac.jp, login:lynx, but be aware that
this is on a slow link and is set up for displays which can handle sjis.

Don't give "people" a shell in the first place, i.e., make it a "captive"
account. Carefully read and understand the section in userdefs.h for
setting up anonymous accounts before compiling Lynx.
