Use ( or ^P to scroll up 2 lines, ) or ^N to scroll down 2.  What

Already in there.  Set LYNX_TMP_SPACE (I think) in your environment.

Already there in 2.8; compile in externals and use lynx or wget as
your external downloader for http.  See the lynx 2.8 sample lynx.cfg
for details.

Already there, at least for clicking on links (since 2.7.1?).  May
only work with some screen control libraries.  I know it works with
ncurses.

Try 2.8.  You'll like it.
