I'm obviously missing something. I grabbed the March 29 version of
lynx_w32.zip, unzipped it into a lynx directory, got online using dial-up
networking, went into a DOS box, logged onto the lynx directory and ran
lynx. I tried with and without web sites on the command line, and all I
get are various one-line summaries of the proper syntax for cp and mv. I
have read the readme.txt file and poked around in some of the other files.
When I unziped the program, many of the files failed crc check, but I
assume at least in part this is because of long filenames.
Can somebody please enlighten me as to what I'm missing here? I use Lynx
in Unix a lot and would like the functionality on my windows 95 system.
