LYNX-DEV no_color_video

Hello, Lyncei,

OS/390 is giving me errors on the use of no_color_video as a
variable name in LYCurses.c.  Grepping around, I find that
identifier is also used as a macro in /usr/include/term.h.
I'm not sure this is the cause of the conflict.  Nor have I
found a path of #include's that might lead to term.h.

For the time being, I'm renaming the variable in order to compile.

Any thoughts?
