Yes, but this relies on a DOS packet driver, not a Winsock driver, so
getting windows networking programs and Lynx to coexist can be quite
difficult (unless you have a better solution?) Is there any existing free
software which allows Windows 3.1 and 32-bit DOS programs to use the same
network interface simultaneously?
