good. (now you can report bugs in the code rather than in the build process ;-)
I did also consider rewriting the T_xxx defines into symbols, which would
make that table almost maintainable - but that would make large #define's
(up to 250 characters per line), and can recall a few complaints from old
compilers that don't like that sort of thing.
