that's definitely better, but i would move "(the URL)" to follow "the Web"
to make it cleaner on the page & insert "ie" in the parenthesis.

it's still not tough or accurate enough at the end: it should say AT LEAST
"If you are using an older version, you should probably consider upgrading".
this is very important: there simply isn't enough volunteer time available
to answer even genuine problems around the current version:
there certainly is NO spare volunteer time to support out-of-date versions.

to demonstrate this fact of life, i have collected  c 5  user queries
over the past week or so, which no-one has answered.
i'm going to repeat them -- with whatever bit of help i can offer myself --
& request lynx-devers to have a look too.
partly it's been the commotion surrounding the new release.
