I noticed an incosistency in the way Lynx 2.7.2 displays pages
containing multiple tables. The page appears like it's supposed to
when it is first loaded, but when you press ctrl-R to re-load it,
all the cell contents suddenly become centered on the screen. Here
is an example to illustrate the problem. Load it with lynx from the
commandline, look at it, and then re-load it by pressing ctrl-R.

<HTML>
<HEAD><TITLE>Test of Lynx Table Bug</TITLE></HEAD>
<BODY>

<table width="100%"><tr align="LEFT"><td align="left">

<p>This first table contains this test paragraph to demonstrate the
problem. The problem is this: When you first load this page with lynx
from a commandline it appears normally, with these paragraphs left
justified. However, when you push ctrl-R to reload the page, all the
paragraphs suddenly become centered.</p>

</td></tr></table>

<hr>

<TABLE><TR ALIGN=CENTER><TD>

The problem appears to be related to the existence of this second table.
If you delete it, or enclose this paragraph inside paragraph tags, then
reloading the page will not affect the justification of the paragraphs
in the previous table.

</TD></TR></TABLE>
</BODY>
</HTML>

Any explanation?
