thanks (this may be useful for the development version, which does have the
extra table entry for 'default' - but it has been some time since I added it).
2.7.2 itself will get only whatever bug fixes that Fote will apply.

sure - I'm not knowledgable in that area, and we are reviewing the development
version against Fote's, to try to put it back on track. Some of the differences
will probably have an impact on this.
