LYNX-DEV capturing page traffic

First, review what you can do with the cache of a proxy server
which runs on the VMS system.  This is existing software as
opposed to hacking Lynx to do it.

If that doesn't work your problem, you might want to let us know
what you want to do with the local copies of the pages that your
users visit.  Do you want others to be able to browse them, or
are you actually wishing to print the web pages for some reason?
For the original user, or for some third party?  How fast?
