Hmm, in my infinite lack of knowledge, I wonder if the automatic
installation of lynx_help can be made a config option. I would prefer it
to be installed automatically, but realize that it would be nice to be
able to install lynx without it. Maybe a stopgap would be an install-no-help
target that would install lynx, but not the help stuff.
