This is where some screen reader users have an advantage.  In 
Vocal-Eyes, ASAP and a couple others, you can find interesting text on 
your screen, copy it into a clipboard buffer, and type it out in a 
different place.  That's how I get Minuet to reply to the list instead 
of to the individual sender.  It's also an accurate way of 
transcribing URL's in DOS.
