Just try to enter this URL with Lynx (you can't) <a href="http://www.Lpage.com/wgb/wgbview.dbm?owner=AcheBook&lang=ru-en";> My guestbook</a> because &lang treated as some sort of &xxxx; encoded entity substituted with strange Unicode characters.
