Sorry for all the posts on this one topic.  I see that Wayne has made
his version of the tcplib package available again.  It is at:
"http://www.fdisk.com/doslynx/wlynx/source/djgpp.zip";.   I have used
both this one and the one from neonatal.  They both seem to function
fairly  well.  I don't know which is preferable.
