There you have basically found your answer.

News server are complicated things.  Probably its history database is
corrupted.  You have to take that up with the newsadmin.

After all, it is the news server who told lynx those message-ids, implying
that they are available.

You can create such URLs manually for g)oto etc., but no, Lynx
doesn't generate its list in this form.

I didn't see anything unususal there.  Except that an article in

with

isn't one I would miss a lot :)
