Already is, always has been.

I don't care much either way; it's the (potential) users and installers
who are in a better position to say what is confusing.

Besides - maybe it *does* work better now, even for Larry and Henry. :)
(One can hope.)

Of course it is no adequate substitute for a more general style mechanism,
and may be a dead end as far as "development" is concerned.  (Who knows?)

I'm not the only subscriber to this list; should the list ever get deluded
with problem reports about "this code", I'll learn how to ignore them :),
and somebody else may get annoyed before me. :) :)

Anybody can report any (relevant) problem they want to lynx-dev as far as 
I know, they may just be wasting their time by reporting things that have
been reported 20 times before and have been answered, or stuff nobody is
going to do anything about, and they may or may not get a response...
Nothing new, really. :)
