Subject: LYNX-DEV Lynx 2.7-1 BUILD errors

        I'm attempting to install Lynx 2.7-1 on an OpenVMS Alpha V6.6-2
system running Multinet V3.5B-X. During the BUILD I get the following
errors:

$ cc/decc/prefix=ansi /nomember -
    /warning=(disable=implicitfunc)-
    /DEFINE=(DEBUG,ACCESS_AUTH,MULTINET,_DECC_V4_SOURCE,__SOCKET_TYPEDEFS,
        VC="""2.14""")-
    /INCLUDE=([-.Implementation]) -
    [-.Implementation]HTString.c

    unsigned short htons(unsigned short __val); ...................^
%CC-E-NOTCOMPAT, In this declaration, the type of "multinet_htons" is not
compatible with the type of a previous declaration of "multinet_htons" at
line number 242 in file
DISK$USER15:[BELOTE_MR.LYNX2-7-1.WWW.LIBRARY.IMPLEMENTATION]TCP.H;1. at
line number 217 in file
MULTINET_COMMON_ROOT:[MULTINET.INCLUDE.SYS]SOCKET.H;2

    unsigned short ntohs(unsigned short __val); ...................^
%CC-E-NOTCOMPAT, In this declaration, the type of "multinet_ntohs" is not
compatible with the type of a previous declaration of "multinet_ntohs" at
line number 243 in file
DISK$USER15:[BELOTE_MR.LYNX2-7-1.WWW.LIBRARY.IMPLEMENTATION]TCP.H;1. at
line number 218 in file
MULTINET_COMMON_ROOT:[MULTINET.INCLUDE.SYS]SOCKET.H;2
$

        I get the same error while compiling DefaultStyle and the BUILD
routine just exits. I've never installed lynx before so any help you can
offer would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Mickey
