Don't worry too much. I think he hasn't read the thread(s) his previous
message already has generated, or has misunderstood the messages, or means
fotemods when he writes "2-7-1 release for UNIX", or just doesn't notice a
problem on UNIX because he is using a different character set there, or
more than one of these.
Without more info we cannot know what he means.
