get it from lynx.browser.org ;
you can compile it yourself in your own directories, if need be.

(first, please try to split your e-mails into manageable line lengths!!)
you need to tell us what system you are using Lynx on
& give us a couple of examples of URLs which are showing the problem.
there's probably a simple answer, but we need to know more.
