One possible source of the problem is that i curently have HT=Hyperterminal
{original WIN'95 version} installed; it has since been pointed out (by
Hilgraeve ( the 'authors' ) that there are bug fixes for HT available in
HTPE=HTPrivateEdition... Todate i have not been succesful in obtaining /
downloading HTPE... There is also a bug in HT with downloading! ;-)))

Call it a cyber 22... But *i* shall persist!
