LYNX-DEV another note about the latest fotemods.zip

Another peculiar problem in the latest mods file is that it seems to be
losing track of tags getting taken off the stack.  The reason I think
this is that lynx 2-7-1/fotemods/SPARC/Solaris 2.4/Sun unbundled
compiler/ncurses 4.0 complains about a bad page of html (on our
intranet), yet in trace mode, the error, saying that it isn't finding a
closing </a> tag, doesn't match the rest of the trace - which shows all
of the SGML: Start <A> having an SGML: End </A> entry.
