But makefile doesn't install startfile, helpfile, jumpfile, index, etc.
Those can be specified in lynx.cfg.  Makefile does install lynx.cfg.
(I was actually wondering why makefile doesn't copy lynx_help/ to $prefix/lib
like it does lynx.cfg, and make that the default help dir.
But that's another matter.)

I just thought that if makefile installs lynx.cfg, then that location
should be the default in userdefs.h.  I noticed configure generates
something called lynx_cfg.h.  I didn't look at it or where that was included,
but couldn't LYNX_CFG_FILE be defined in there?

Just a thought -- cuz it's a pain specifying -cfg
when "make install" put lynx.cfg in a known place.
