LYNX-DEV Possible bug

Came up with a problem using this version of Lynx running on open VMS.  
I have found that I can not access the web page at 
"http://home.earthlink.net/~dmansker";.  I have found that it will 
work with Version 2.6 but not the 2.7.  I get the page,
it locks up and I must get out of the program to do anything else. 

Just thought you would like to know.
