The following example is verbatim from my lynx.cfg. Know, of course, it is
unique to my personal directory. The key features are the `file://localhost'
URL format, which you may find useful in a g)oto situation or your i)ndex
URL also, and the fact that I do not rely on `~' to give my $HOME directory,
but rather supply the complete path.
HELPFILE:file://localhost/home/nelsonhe/.lynx/lynx_help/lynx_help_main.html
