Don't you think the links from Subir's help pages are enough? Or should
Lynx have a copy of the warranty and conditions compiled into it,
accessible from a compiled-in help page or with --warranty and
--conditions command-line options? And should it tell how to get this
stuff everytime it starts? The "screen" terminal-multiplexing system, for
example, uses a splash-screen on startup that displays this information,
then waits for a keypress to go away.
