The one to SLCC clearly belongs on the top H)elp page.
I think we want to bias people to search the docs before they
search the chatter.
The link to Subir's archive search page might go somewhere else IMHO.
It belongs on Russell's info page at the archives.
It probably belongs on an info page that goes with Scott's search
site.
