I forgot to mention about the WIN32 patch...  The only way I could get
proper bookmarks working was to relocate the bookmark variables to the
traditional Lynx place (LYMain.c) and put externs in LYGlobaldefs.h.  I
will ifdef it for Windows if need be, but since I just copied the style
from other existing variables I thought it might be ok.
