LYNX-DEV Bug report for lynx 2.6 on DEC Unix 4.0

Greetings. The DEC Unix Makefile entry needs -DNO_TTYTYPE for DEC Unix 4.0.
I believe this has been removed by DEC in 4.0 as my previous compilation
(DEC Unix 3.2c, lynx 2.5) did not report a problem on this.
