LYNX-DEV MS Sitebuilder Level 2

Hey everyone, I just discovered a "Level 2 Sitebuilder" who didn't know
what ".." means in a directory path! ;) I guess being a sitebuilder means
you can (1) be ignorant of basic aspects of directories and paths and (2)
not be caught by the tools that allow you to hide in ignorance.

Like the other guy preiously, he is using ../file.html in his root web
directory, so of course the page is inaccessible.
