If you have lwIP already running, it's just adding a call to 
httpd_init() and adding the appropriate source files (just keep adding 
missing files until it links).
If the question is how to add lwIP to your board + OS, you're correct 
that this is too hardware-specific. Try starting with an existing port 
(e.g. for stm32 + FreeRTOS) and adjust it to your needs...
