Broadcast works in subnet for sure but will not work if your subnet mask is not 
opened.

In your case what is your subnet mask for the 192.168.10.x net? ... if it is 
255.255.255.0 then it will not work.

It should be 255.255.0.0

No it doesn´t. Do you really think it should?

My controller has 192.168.2.101, the WLAN module 192.168.2.100 (gateway) and 
the WLAN clients have 192.168.10.x

using remote address 192.168.255.255 or 192.168.10.255 or 255.255.255.255 
doesn´t work.
