[lwip-users] lwip_setsockopt_internal() crashes

Hi all,

yesterday I filed a bug about lwip_setsockopt() crashing under certain 
conditions:

I have also attached a patch suggesting how to fix that bug. 

Anyone having an opinion on my fix?
